MANAGING PARTNER | CEO


Greg leads the strategic direction and daily operations of Interstate Capital, overseeing capital formation, investor alignment, and organizational growth. He manages key relationships with stakeholders, site selection efforts, tenant procurement, and strategic negotiations, while driving the firm’s mission to deliver transformative industrial development across Michigan and the Greater Midwest's Mid-Sized Cities. 


With a diverse background in real estate, private equity, and marketing, Greg has led the acquisition of 1,000's of acres for industrial use and securing millions in construction financing. He has raised multiple millions in LP funding and structured almost $50 million in Brownfield TIF incentives across multiple complex development projects. His efforts have resulted in tens of millions of square foot in development pipeline. Greg was recognized by Crain’s Grand Rapids as a Notable Leader in Commercial Real Estate (2023) and by Woodworking Network as a national “40 Under 40” (2019). He also champions workforce development, launching an internship program with Oakland University and Macomb Community College in 2025.

MANAGING PARTNER | PRESIDENT

 

Michael serves as President and Managing Partner of Interstate Capital, where he oversees operations, strategic partnerships, municipal engagement, tenant relationships, and financial planning. He plays a key role in evaluating market viability and guiding the company’s collaborative efforts with public and private stakeholders across major industrial developments.


Michael began his career in the automotive industry before transitioning into finance with Paine Webber and UBS Financial Services. Since 2006, he has focused on real estate, including shopping center development and more than a decade as president of an international industrial real estate firm. In this position he led many transactions with Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, e-commerce, and logistics sectors. Michael also played an instrumental role in several transformative Detroit-Area projects, including the sale of Michigan Central Station to Ford and the acquisition of the McLouth Steel site. In 2018, he was named Economic Bridge Builder of the Year by the Arab American Chamber of Commerce.

Tracey serves as CFO and Managing Partner of Interstate Capital, where she leads financial planning, fund structuring, and investor reporting across the platform. She manages lending relationships, oversees capital strategy, maintains financial controls, and supports investment analysis to ensure strong, risk-adjusted returns for investors. Her leadership is essential to the firm’s capital formation, fund governance, and long-term financial health.


With over 17 years of experience in accounting, audit, and billions in fund operations, Tracey brings deep financial expertise to Interstate Capital. She previously worked with Great Lakes Capital and served as controller and audit manager for both a private manufacturing company and a regional CPA firm. Her strengths lie in managing complex fund structures, investor communications, and financial compliance. Tracey holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is known for her precision, reliability, and ability to create scalable financial systems in high-growth environments.

Edward serves as Chief Legal Counsel and Managing Partner of Interstate Capital, where he oversees all legal matters, including entity structuring, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. He provides legal oversight for acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and entitlement processes, ensuring that all development activities meet local, state, and federal legal standards. His work protects company interests and strengthens investor confidence through sound legal governance.


With over 20 years of legal experience in North Carolina, Edward has built a distinguished career representing entrepreneurs, developers, and business owners. He notably prevailed before the North Carolina Supreme Court in a landmark case that overturned a 27-year-old statute, reinforcing his reputation as a strong advocate for investor rights. His expertise spans corporate law, real estate transactions, contract management, tax strategy, and litigation support. At Interstate Capital, Edward plays a key role in due diligence, project planning, and legal structuring, bringing clarity and confidence to complex real estate ventures.

Todd serves as Director of Acquisition at Interstate Capital, where he leads the sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of new investment opportunities. He manages the full acquisition process—from initial market research and underwriting through due diligence and closing—ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth goals. His work is critical to identifying properties that meet both investor criteria and long-term value creation targets.

  

Todd brings over 15 years of combined experience in commercial real estate and investment advisory. Prior to joining Interstate Capital, he spent more than a decade as a Registered Investment Advisor, managing actively traded portfolios with a focus on emerging public companies. He later transitioned to commercial real estate, concentrating on fund-level and off-market transactions for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. As founder of Krajniak Capital Management (KCM), he developed investment strategies, upheld strict compliance standards, and built lasting client relationships. Todd’s unique blend of financial and real estate expertise allows him to assess deals with both rigor and creativity, positioning him as a trusted asset in the firm’s acquisition strategy.

 Miguel serves as Director of Technology and AI at Interstate Capital, where he leads the design, implementation, and management of digital infrastructure across the company. He is responsible for deploying systems that enhance operational efficiency, support acquisitions and asset management, and improve reporting for both internal teams and investors. Miguel works closely with leadership to ensure all platforms are aligned with strategic objectives and optimized for performance, automation, and reliability. 


 With over eight years of experience in ERP, CRM, and data integration systems, Miguel has delivered impactful technology solutions for clients across private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and manufacturing. His expertise spans solution architecture, data modeling, and business process automation—bringing structure and scalability to fast-moving organizations. Prior to Interstate Capital, he held roles in sales, project management, and systems integration, consistently transforming complex requirements into clear, functional tools. Miguel’s ability to bridge technical systems with operational goals makes him a vital asset in advancing Interstate Capital’s tech-forward approach to industrial development.

 Andrew serves as Director of Data Analytics at Interstate Capital, where he leads the collection, interpretation, and presentation of data to support acquisitions, development, asset management, and investor reporting. His work focuses on the development of our a proprietarily technology - DevRE.ai and on uncovering market trends, evaluating property performance, and delivering actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the firm. Andrew plays a vital role in turning raw data into informed, real-time intelligence that fuels growth and efficiency. 


 Andrew brings a strong foundation in logistics and data operations, having previously managed data-driven processes and client expectations in fast-paced environments. Since 2020, he has focused on building specialized knowledge in commercial real estate analytics, supporting strategic efforts with precision modeling and reporting. His experience in processing and controlling large datasets equips him to deliver clarity in complex investment scenarios. Andrew’s ability to synthesize data into strategic insight makes him a key contributor to Interstate Capital’s data-centric approach to development.
