Andy Nesbitt brings over two decades of construction and project management expertise to his role as President and Co-Owner of Nuway Construction. He began his career working hands-on in various trades, including steel erection, concrete, drywall, and framing, before advancing into leadership roles such as Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. A graduate of IPFW with a degree in Architectural Engineering, Andy now oversees all development and construction activities at Nuway, managing budgets, schedules, and quality assurance from pre-construction through project delivery. His leadership ensures that each project meets rigorous safety, regulatory, and performance standards while maintaining strong vendor relationships and high-quality outcomes. Andy’s deep field knowledge and operational oversight make him a key adviser in supporting Interstate Capital’s build-to-suit and industrial development initiatives

Jan Oostland serves as Vice President and Co-Owner of Nuway Construction, where he leads sales, marketing, and the master planning and design of industrial and commercial projects. A mechanical engineering graduate from the Netherlands, Jan began his career in manufacturing management, focusing on process engineering and continuous improvement across international markets including Haiti. Since relocating to the United States in 1995, he has continued to build a strong foundation in operations and project development. Jan joined Nuway in 2012, bringing a global perspective and a hands-on approach to strategy and execution. His unique blend of engineering expertise and business leadership makes him an invaluable resource for Interstate Capital’s advisory team, particularly in shaping scalable, build-ready industrial sites.

-Oliver / Hatcher Construction-

Mike Sabrosky is the Vice President of Business Development at Oliver / Hatcher Construction and a seasoned industrial real estate expert with more than 25 years of experience across Southeast Michigan. He specializes in site selection, client and tenant relations, municipal negotiations, public incentives, and the assembly of large-scale industrial developments. Mike has played a pivotal role in the planning and execution of seven multiphase industrial projects, covering over 1,200 acres and delivering more than 10 million square feet of constructed and leased space. In addition to sourcing and structuring deals, he oversees day-to-day operations and ensures strategic alignment across development, acquisitions, and asset management. His ability to integrate systems, optimize processes, and drive project outcomes makes him a critical operational leader and valuable adviser to Interstate Capital’s mission of scalable industrial land development.

-AR Engineering-

 Andrew Rossell, PE is the Founder and President at AR Engineering and a trusted civil engineering adviser to Interstate Capital. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Andrew brings over 23 years of experience across tribal, federal, municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial development projects. His expertise in stormwater management, zoning, and permitting spans Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio—making him a valuable resource in navigating site readiness and approvals. Andrew plays a critical role in managing civil design across all Interstate Capital sites, coordinating with municipalities, and driving value-engineering strategies to optimize development potential. He also served as President of the ASCE Michigan Section and the Southwestern Michigan Branch, of which he remains a director. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys life on the water with his wife and two daughters, and is an avid sports and outdoors enthusiast.

Jason Raleigh serves as Director of Entitlements at AR Engineering, bringing over 15 years of civil engineering experience to Interstate Capital’s advisory team. With a focus on industrial development, Jason excels at delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget. His expertise spans municipal road and utility design, permitting, and entitlement strategy. He plays a critical role in overseeing zoning, approvals, and regulatory compliance for development sites, ensuring each project is fully entitled and construction-ready. Jason’s strong relationships with municipalities and state agencies allow him to efficiently navigate approval processes and address compliance issues before they become roadblocks. His ability to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and align regulatory needs with development objectives is instrumental in advancing Interstate Capital’s land readiness goals.

John LoVasco is the Managing Member of ThinkSync Advisors, a Greater Detroit-based firm specializing in advisory, risk management, and performance improvement strategies for individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits. With a deep focus on governance, cultural architecture, and strategic planning, John has advised over 50 organizations on how to align talent with long-term objectives. Before founding ThinkSync, he co-founded Alcos, Inc., which grew from a three-person startup into Michigan’s largest privately held insurance, financial and employee benefits firm. Serving thousands of clients and employing 124 staff across five offices, Alcos earned recognition as one of Detroit’s “101 Best Places to Work,” “Coolest Workplaces,” and a “Future 50” company before its acquisition by Brown & Brown, Inc. in 2007. John has also served on national advisory boards for UnitedHealthcare, Unum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Delta Dental. Joe Agostinelli is the President and Founder of Michigan Growth Advisers, where he leads efforts to connect businesses and developers with strategic growth solutions across the state. With a background that spans public policy, private development, and economic consulting, Joe brings a fully integrated perspective on Michigan’s evolving economic landscape. He has worked closely with legislative leaders, regional economic development organizations, and real estate professionals to drive impactful projects forward. Through a strategic partnership with law firm Miller Johnson, Joe and his team help bridge the gap between project costs and financial viability by aligning public incentives with private investment. Known for his deep understanding of business growth challenges, Joe equips clients with the tools and insights they need for long-term success. His leadership supports Interstate Capital’s mission to unlock value through well-positioned, economically viable industrial developments.

Jared Lutz serves as Project Manager at Michigan Growth Advisers, where he specializes in securing public incentive packages that help companies bridge the gap between project cost and financial viability. With a strong background in economic development, Jared previously served as Attraction and Research Director at Southwest Michigan First, where he supported business expansion and site selection across the region. At MGA, he identifies and negotiates local, state, and federal incentives—ranging from grants and abatements to tax credits and rebates—tailored to each client’s needs. Known for his foresight in evolving incentive programs, Jared excels at uncovering funding opportunities that are often overlooked, delivering measurable value to companies undergoing growth, consolidation, or relocation. His expertise plays a key role in Interstate Capital’s ability to structure financially optimized development projects in Michigan's industrial markets.

-Super Fair Wireless & Najor Investments-

Jason Najor is the President of Super Fair Wireless and Founder of Najor Investments, bringing over 21 years of entrepreneurial experience across the wireless and real estate industries. He launched his wireless business from the back of his family’s Detroit supermarket, Super Fair Foods, and grew it into a national supplier supporting MVNOs, indirect agents, and government-subsidized wireless programs. A graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Marketing, Jason is recognized as a pioneer in the used cell phone industry, known for building long-term, win-win relationships across his network. In 2025, he expanded into real estate through Najor Investments, a family office focused on scaling investments in commercial properties and hotels. His combined expertise in operations, deal-making, and asset growth brings strategic insight to Interstate Capital’s advisory team. Jason lives in Michigan with his wife and three children and is actively involved in their academic and athletic pursuits.

Matt Callander is President of Callander Commercial and a veteran real estate broker with over two decades of experience in Michigan’s commercial property market. A Michigan State University graduate with a degree in Finance, Matt began his career in the Detroit metro area before returning to his hometown of Kalamazoo in 2004. There, he expanded the firm’s property management division to oversee more than one million square feet across 20+ properties. Since 2008, Matt has refocused his efforts on industrial and investment property brokerage, specializing in West Michigan’s mid-sized markets. In addition to his brokerage responsibilities, he continues to supervise the firm's management operations. Known for his deep local knowledge and long-standing client relationships, Matt brings valuable regional expertise to Interstate Capital’s development initiatives. He is also actively involved in community service efforts with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, and Kalamazoo Animal Rescue.

David Keyte is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with over 28 years of experience specializing in industrial, retail, investment, and development properties across Southwest Michigan. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), David is among a select group in the region who have achieved the highest standards of education and performance in commercial real estate. His deep expertise in pricing, negotiation, and transaction management has made him a trusted partner in both acquisitions and dispositions. David is also highly proficient in investment analysis, applying advanced financial modeling to evaluate present and future values, internal rates of return, and cash-on-cash performance. His blend of market knowledge and financial acumen brings valuable depth to Interstate Capital’s development and investment strategy across Michigan’s industrial corridors.

Derek Wissner is an experienced real estate broker, developer, and private investor with over 20 years of business ownership and investment expertise. Based at Callander Commercial, Derek specializes in industrial warehousing, land assemblage, and commercial development, offering clients a full spectrum of services that go beyond traditional brokerage. His track record includes navigating complex transactions, executing build-to-suit developments, and advising on business sales and acquisitions. Notably, he completed and sold the Canteen build-to-suit project between 2024 and 2025. Derek’s entrepreneurial background and hands-on investment experience give him a distinct advantage in structuring deals and delivering value. His strategic insight and market fluency make him a key contributor to Interstate Capital’s industrial land initiatives across Michigan’s growing industrial corridors.
