Andrew Rossell, PE is the Founder and President at AR Engineering and a trusted civil engineering adviser to Interstate Capital. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Andrew brings over 23 years of experience across tribal, federal, municipal, commercial, residential, and industrial development projects. His expertise in stormwater management, zoning, and permitting spans Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio—making him a valuable resource in navigating site readiness and approvals. Andrew plays a critical role in managing civil design across all Interstate Capital sites, coordinating with municipalities, and driving value-engineering strategies to optimize development potential. He also served as President of the ASCE Michigan Section and the Southwestern Michigan Branch, of which he remains a director. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys life on the water with his wife and two daughters, and is an avid sports and outdoors enthusiast.

Jason Raleigh serves as Director of Entitlements at AR Engineering, bringing over 15 years of civil engineering experience to Interstate Capital’s advisory team. With a focus on industrial development, Jason excels at delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget. His expertise spans municipal road and utility design, permitting, and entitlement strategy. He plays a critical role in overseeing zoning, approvals, and regulatory compliance for development sites, ensuring each project is fully entitled and construction-ready.
Jason’s strong relationships with municipalities and state agencies allow him to efficiently navigate approval processes and address compliance issues before they become roadblocks. His ability to manage timelines, mitigate risks, and align regulatory needs with development objectives is instrumental in advancing Interstate Capital’s land readiness goals.

John LoVasco is the Managing Member of ThinkSync Advisors, a Greater Detroit-based firm specializing in advisory, risk management, and performance improvement strategies for individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits. With a deep focus on governance, cultural architecture, and strategic planning, John has advised over 50 organizations on how to align talent with long-term objectives. Before founding ThinkSync, he co-founded Alcos, Inc., which grew from a three-person startup into Michigan’s largest privately held insurance, financial and employee benefits firm.

Serving thousands of clients and employing 124 staff across five offices, Alcos earned recognition as one of Detroit’s “101 Best Places to Work,” “Coolest Workplaces,” and a “Future 50” company before its acquisition by Brown & Brown, Inc. in 2007. John has also served on national advisory boards for UnitedHealthcare, Unum, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Delta Dental. A Michigan State University graduate, John lives in Michigan with his wife and two children.

He has worked closely with legislative leaders, regional economic development organizations, and real estate professionals to drive impactful projects forward. Through a strategic partnership with law firm Miller Johnson, Joe and his team help bridge the gap between project costs and financial viability by aligning public incentives with private investment. Known for his deep understanding of business growth challenges, Joe equips clients with the tools and insights they need for long-term success. Jared Lutz serves as Project Manager at Michigan Growth Advisors, where he specializes in securing public incentive packages that help companies bridge the gap between project cost and financial viability. With a strong background in economic development, Jared previously served as Attraction and Research Director at Southwest Michigan First, where he supported business expansion and site selection across the region. At MGA, he identifies and negotiates local, state, and federal incentives—ranging from grants and abatements to tax credits and rebates—tailored to each client’s needs.
Known for his foresight in evolving incentive programs, Jared excels at uncovering funding opportunities that are often overlooked, delivering measurable value to companies undergoing growth, consolidation, or relocation. His expertise plays a key role in Interstate Capital’s ability to structure financially optimized development projects in Michigan's industrial markets.

Jason Najor is the President of Super Fair Wireless and Founder of Najor Investments, bringing over 21 years of entrepreneurial experience across the wireless and real estate industries. He launched his wireless business from the back of his family’s Detroit supermarket, Super Fair Foods, and grew it into a national supplier supporting MVNOs, indirect agents, and government-subsidized wireless programs. A graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Marketing, Jason is a pioneer in the used cell phone industry, known for building long-term, win-win relationships across his network. In 2025, he expanded into real estate through Najor Investments, a family office focused on scaling investments in commercial properties and hotels. His combined expertise in operations, deal-making, and asset growth brings strategic insight to Interstate Capital’s advisory team. Jason lives in Michigan with his wife and three children and is actively involved in their academic and athletic pursuits.
